Q: I ordered a book from you but I haven’t seen them sent to me yet. What’s going on?
A: If your order went through, you should receive the email within a minute unless there’s some kind of problem going on with the server (which hardly happens).
My guess is that the email ended up in your spam/junk filters. Have you checked those folders? Since the email is server generated (versus human generated), there’s a good chance of that happening.
Please check that and if you cannot find the email, please let me know.
