Email Signatures

It's just good sense to include your phone number and contact info in your email signature. I wish everyone knew this. It would be a good policy for a company to have and maybe even go so far as to specify what can go into it.

Also, I'm not too fond of including a graphic as an email signature. Sure, I see how it helps with branding, but in my email program (Apple Mail), it looks like there's always an attachment, so you have to always check what that attachment is. And when there is another, real attachment and save it, you then get the logo graphic saved and then you have to delete it. So yeah, I think they're a pain and wish people wouldn't use graphics, but that's just me.

If you can't say what you need to with text, then maybe that's the problem.
