I really hate the phrase "Logon to our Internet website." I just heard it on an ad on the radio for a local bank.
- We're not in the 80s anymore and you really don't need to "logon" (or "login") to the web anymore. I don't get a login prompt on my computer anymore. Also saying "logon" seems to create the perception that people need to create an account to get into your website. Is that what you want?
- What's the difference between your "Website" and your "Internet website?" Do you really need to specify that it's on the Internet?
- You sound like you don't know what a website is when you say it that way.
- You make it sounds like you're talking down to your audience when you say it that way.
Just say: "Go to our website" and be done with it... take a chip, dip it and end it! :-)

This is great...
If you're either asked by co-workers about stuff or by customers, then here's a good site to use to kind of drill in a little common sense:
www.LetMeGoogleThatForYou.com
Type in what people are asking you and then it gives you a link to send to them. They get the link which graphically (and sarcastically) shows them how to type text into Google and find an answer... which is exactly what you would do for someone asking you something or how they could find out exactly what you'd tell them anyway. :-)
