I saw this today on the web. It's a 26" LCD monitor that has an HDTV tuner. It even does 1080i resolution, so it would be great as a big computer monitor. The contrast ratio is the spec I always look at since it tells you what the real picture quality is like. It's 2400:1 on this Visio unit for $299. Compare that to just a LCD monitor (no HD tuner) with just a 750:1 contrast ratio for $269 and the Visio is a steal:
Unfortunately it now looks like the Visio is sold out. :-( Here's a similar 22 inch HDTV:
