Stuff I'm Learning About When Trying to Buy a House/Condo

I really know nothing about this process, so I'm learning a lot. Here are some points. Later on, I'll write this up better:

  • In most cases, the buyer does not pay commission fees to realtors. The seller does this. If you bring in your own agent, the two will split the commission.
  • Warrantable condos get better financing rates.
