Alpine Skiing in April - in the Midwest! |

Those of your from out West won't understand this, but to ski here in April is pretty weird. Marquette said they'd be open until Sunday, so I jetted up there Thursday night. It was great. I skied all day Friday and then half of Saturday. I got to test out my new boots and I like them a lot. It was a huge difference since now my legs and feet are aligned correctly. I kind of had to unlearn my bad habits of compensating for not being set up right, but I was able to do that quickly.
I used to hate winter and dread the cold weather. Now, I can't wait for December!
