Ok, here's my opinion on this... it seems to me like the market will correct itself, so it's best the the government doesn't get involved and try to do things. BUT... I'm a white, single male, ok? There are really no government programs geared towards me. I'm not complaining, I think I'm able to take care of myself pretty well since I was able to go to college and I'd rather not depend on the government. I'd rather do it myself. So since the government's handing out money to me, I'll take it since it seems I'm always the one paying the government and never receiving. :-)

But how about not giving this to those that are here illegally. Would we give this to convicts that have escaped from prison... illegally?
