Kathleen Falk puts setting up a binge drinking task force over making sure that the 911 center works properly?

For crying out loud!

I guess her thought is that if all the problems are eliminated that make people call 911 for, like alcohol poisoning for example, then she doesn't need to fix the Dane County 911 Center. That's backwards.

She's got to go! Basic services are always the top priority.
