So here's a good idea I heard from Nancy Mistele on Vicki's show... let's first test if the light rail or trollies will work in Madison by setting up gates that stop traffic. Duh! Why didn't Kathleen Falk or other Dane County Board Supervisors think of this? Maybe save some money and do a real study that actually interacts with the public - brilliant! Nancy has my vote - EASILY! -T
