One hint... to make it go MUCH faster, remove any large movies from your iPhone that you don't want on it anymore. It has to back it up, do the upgrade and then restore your files from backup, so the less amount of data you have on the iPhone, the better. Lots of cool, free apps in the iTunes App Store, though. Looks pretty cool! -T
