I don't get this Obama guy. I can't believe he's running for President. He just doesn't get it - he's just following the Democratic Party playbook, where they don't care about gas prices because Nancy Pelosi hasn't done a thing.

Obama said that he'd would have rather had the price go up more gradually. So, that's saying that he wants high gas prices. So he's NOT against high gas prices.

He said today that John McCain has flip flopped from what he said in 2000. Well, idiot, the facts have changed since 2000 and 2008. That's like 8 years if my math is right - correct me if I'm wrong. If the facts change on something, you can change your mind. That's allowed. If you don't think you can ever change your mind on something ever, then you need to start life over and take better notes. Ok, so really all Obama is doing here is putting up a really bad defense - and not using his brain. Swing and a miss!

Go President Bush! You're right - we are dependent on oil for now, so we need solutions now - we need to drill now - before the economy goes totally down the drain - why wait for that, right? The American people are crying for this and he responds. Amazing! That is EXACTLY what you do as President of the United States. It seems that the Democratic Party just doesn't understand how Democracy works.

So what the Democrats are probably doing is waiting until Obama gets into the White House or something. That will be WAY too late. We've got China ready to drill off of our coasts and yet we cannot drill. That's more our oil than theirs and what, we're just going to give it to them so that we can buy it back? If we even say we're going to start drilling, THAT will affect pricing. That alone will. That's is how the market works - take an economics course before you run for President, dude.

Enough is enough! Four dollar per gallon gas is the tipping point for the American people. Who is listening? Republicans. Democrats are not doing squat. It's hitting OUR pocketbooks - not theirs. They don't fill up the gas thanks in their limos or tour busses.

This is so great - even though McCain isn't my Messiah, I think he has a chance here to show a distinction between him and Obama and take some ground.
