Save Money on Gas

Here are my tips to save money on gas:
  • Drive less (duh).
  • Bike somewhere instead of taking your car.
  • Share a ride with someone.
  • Buy gas at BP. Why? It's not scientifically proven, but I've been getting 50 more miles per tank by using BP gas.
  • Make sure your tires are properly inflated.
  • Put in some fuel injector cleaner so that you have the right mix of gas and air.
  • Buy a hybrid vehicle (buying cars also helps the economy).
  • Don't boycott certain gas stations. That has never worked (and don't forward those stupid emails, either).
  • Take less trips to the store and save trips up so you can go to several stores at once.
