Here are my tips to save money on gas:
- Drive less (duh).
- Bike somewhere instead of taking your car.
- Share a ride with someone.
- Buy gas at BP. Why? It's not scientifically proven, but I've been getting 50 more miles per tank by using BP gas.
- Make sure your tires are properly inflated.
- Put in some fuel injector cleaner so that you have the right mix of gas and air.
- Buy a hybrid vehicle (buying cars also helps the economy).
- Don't boycott certain gas stations. That has never worked (and don't forward those stupid emails, either).
- Take less trips to the store and save trips up so you can go to several stores at once.
