Madison Smoking Ban - Part Deux

Good job, Marsh Shapiro!

I heard you on WIBA (Vicki McKenna's show) and you mentioned that the ban should go state wide. I like that. Exactly my point. It IS definitely unfair that just Madison has this ban and nobody else. That IS unfair to businesses and makes the city look very unfriendly to small businesses, which affects all Madisonians.

So I'm in favor of making the ban statewide. Or, I'm even in favor of it statewide, but only until 10pm or something like that.
