I Didn't Know Adultery Was a Felony |

First of all, I have not committed adultery. From the title of this post, you may start to think that, so let me be clear about that.
What happened was, I heard on the radio yesterday that adultery was a felony in Wisconsin. I did not know that. Weird. I wonder if it's enforced in divorce court. I also wonder if police could invade your house on suspicion that adultery was in progress. It's a crime, so I suppose they could with probably cause but I'm no lawyer.
My presupposition was that, yeah - it's a sin, but I didn't think the local government or any government enforced it. Check this out:

It looks like a fine of up to $10,000 or jail time or both could be sentenced.
I guess I've never heard of this being enforced but maybe it is. I don't think I'd want that job.
